Supporting what matters
Transfigure Print Co. was founded with a desire to support like-minded people, businesses, and efforts. We’re continually involved in the fundraising process and to date, our small but mighty business has raised approximately $1,000 in support of the LGBTQ+ community. A portion of the profit from a number of Transfigure collaborations benefits causes that are shaping the future in safe, inclusive, and important ways.
Get to know our efforts more in-depth below, and stay up-to-date on our progress with Transfigure’s bi-weekly newsletter.
Transfigure collaborated with Cannibal Sativa to create a design benefiting Color of Change, an online racial justice organization that targets disproportionate incarceration for people of color, often due to charges around the use of cannabis.
Cannibal Sativa is a tran-owned-and-operated streetwear brand centered around cannabis and a “problem-free philosophy.”
A portion of proceeds from this design benefit No More Dysphoria, a non-profit organization created to help transgender and gender non-conforming individuals pay for aspects of their transition.
Since its establishment in 2016, No More Dysphoria has provided aid for over 100 individuals during their transitions, from gender-affirming clothing to funds for top surgery and hormonal replacement surgery.
For this design, Transfigure collaborated with Parts, an off-beat maker of hand-made packers and harnesses seeking to make these items more inclusive and approachable. Like Parts, each shirt celebrates a little individuality with color combo variations, thanks to the screen printing method.
Proceeds from this hoodie and t-shirt design by Sky James Tattoos benefit Transfigure’s own “Trans Fund,” which donates funds to a trans individual in need of financial help each month. Contact us if you or someone you know would like to be considered for the Transfigure Trans Fund.
Proceeds from these shirts goes to Kween Culture, which is social and cultural empowerment non profit for transgender women of color. Organized by our friend Niko Storment (the mastermind behind the Thank U Marsha events in San Francisco), ten dollars from each shirt will go towards Kween Culture for the month of August.
A portion of proceeds from one custom-designed shirt per month goes into our own Transfigure Trans Fund. August’s design, “Thank You For Existing” was revamped from our winter line by Evan Miller over at Zumus Design Labs.
As always five dollars from each purchase of this design will go right into the fund, and at the end of the month the collected money will go to a trans identifying person in need of financial help.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to your fundraising page to be considered for August. The recipient will be chosen at the end of each month. Please enter only once per month.
Each purchase sustains Transfigure’s mission of support, and we want to thank you for being a part of it. Visit our shop to purchase these designs—and the many more—that are making change.
