Shipping & Returns

When can I expect my online order?

We are a very small team, so depending on the number of orders we have order fulfillment can take up to three weeks to ship if your order does not contain a preorder item. Preorder estimates are found within the listing description but usually are fulfilled within four to six weeks. Please be patient with us!

Please refrain from emailing about your order until after this estimate has passed. We promise your order is coming! If an order is placed for a preorder item along with an item that is in stock and ready to ship, your full order will not be shipped until the preorder item is ready. Check your junk/spam mail folder if you are not receiving our confirmation emails.

When and how do I get tracking information?

Once we drop off a package at the USPS, we will send you tracking confirmation. We have no control over what happens to your items after they are dropped off.

We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.Please reach out to your local post office before contacting us.

International orders may take up to a month to be delivered after they are dropped off at the post office. This is out of our control.

How can I ensure quick and accurate shipping?

Please make sure to enter your address correctly. If the package is returned to us for any reason and we sent it to the address you provided, you will have to pay shipping again. Do you do returns or exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return or exchange for unworn and unwashed items. Customers, both domestic and international, are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us to process your return or exchange, and we move forward once the item(s) is received.

In the case of returns, we refund the value of the item(s) the customer paid minus the cost of shipping to the original form of payment. For exchanges, we will ship out the new item based on what is in-stock and available per customer request. Please contact us at with your original order number to start your return or exchange.


How can I enter the Transfigure Trans Fund?

If you are a Trans-identifying individual in need of financial help, please send an email to with a link to your fundraising page to be considered. Recipients will be chosen randomly each month; please enter only once per month.

How do you choose what non-profits you work with?

Transfigure is a Trans-and Queer-centered company, so we are familiar with countless brands that we know will help benefit our community. Through extensive, continual research, we find organizations that are doing important and timely work. Do you print for other brands?

What about sizing?

A size chart is found within each listing.

What shirts do you use for printing?

Our favorite brands are Gildan and Bella & Canvas. But if you have a brand you’d prefer, we can almost always make it work! Just ask!

Do you do wholesale?

We do! If you’re interested in carrying our products in your store or online shop, you can order a wholesale order through Faire or contact us for more information.

You have stickers in your shop, but you don't do stickers.

We partner with outside resources to print stickers for our shop. We do not have the capability to print stickers.
